Random app is a custom dating app solution especially designed and developed for Nigerian immigrants settled in Canada. Our client is a Canadian citizen who came up with an idea to create a dating app for Nigerian immigrants to help them find their special someone. Our aim was to meet the requirements of the client and help Nigerians find suitable dating partners. With experienced Android developers, we successfully delivered a cost-effective online dating app with a landing page for their website for free.
We have integrated video chat APIs, online chat, and rewind swipe option, for easy chatting and dating. Users can continue with seamless payment through an in-app purchase option if they want to experience premium features. Users need to upload COVID certificate to improve the chances of a match. To ensure the authenticity of the user, profile verification is necessary which is performed by the admin. This helps to make genuine matches, meaningful connections, and grow social network.

Online Video Chat
Get to know your date better with video chat. While chatting with your date, you get an option to video call too. Make use of this feature the most to know people better before you decide to meet them in-person.
Swipe [Unlimited Rewind]
All dating apps have a right and left swipe option which indicates for approval and denial of a profile. Random has come up with a new feature called “Rewind Swipe” that helps you reverse the profile that you have disliked mistakenly.
Mark Chat as Favorite
Once you start chatting with anyone and like to continue dating, you can mark their chat as favorite. You can always see the favorite chats at the top of your chat section.
Geolocation
Fetch contacts depending on the location of the user. The app provides contacts as per your location and preferred location. You can shortlist profiles based on your geolocation proximity.
Push Notifications
Get notified once your profile is verified. Start searching for your date and receive notifications whenever you have a new message in your inbox, new like or a match to your profile.
Picture Verified Profiles Only
As a user, you will always be able to check and view only verified profiles. All the profiles that match the terms and conditions of the application will be verified by the admin. One can only start chatting if both the profiles are verified.
User Profile Management
The admin panel has all the filters in one place known as the dashboard. Admin is responsible to manage the profile in terms of verifying user ID to check if they are NGR immigrants, to confirm if the profile is authenticated or fake.
Data Analytics
Manages the entire data of the Random video chat app. Analyze the daily, or weekly new user accounts, or any deleted accounts. Admin can also check the location wise users to understand which location has the most number of users.
Subscription Management for Paid Users
Admin has the authority to add discounts and accept the payment from the user side. The subscription plan of Random dating app is $5/Month, $27/Six Month, and $50/Year.
Check Dormant Account to Retain Users
Admin has a feature added in their dashboard which shows a list of users who has not used their account since a very long time. They can communicate with them or restart or close the account.
Check Report/ Blocked Profiles
If a user has reported or flagged any suspicious account, they will report the admin or block the account. As an admin, you can check their profile and delete their account immediately.
Push Notifications
Send push notifications to profiles that are suspicious, to profiles that are ID verified. Users will be notified if admin witnesses any adverse reports on the users inappropriate behavior.
